The higher this volume, the more CFM you need. So if we take a 30″ (diameter) range (height is 15″), then we need to multiply it by 1,5 (30 x 1,5 = 45). The total volume that this range uses up is 45 cubic feet.

What Is a Good CFM Airflow for Fans?

When we talk about fans, we usually think of them blowing in our faces and getting hot. But in reality, the maximum CFM we need is somewhere between 1 and 5.
